Who we are?

InterJob Executive Search is a German-Hungarian company, formed by a team of specialists at executive level in different sectors of services (human resources, IT, commercial). We are big enough to fulfil our tasks, and small enough to provide the necessary confidence in this sector. We are specialized mainly in searching executives for managerial positions on the first and second level and highly qualified specialists. We are partner of Interjob in Germany.

Who are our customers?

InterJob Executive Search has its centre of activity mainly at international joint ventures. Our mayor clients are in the business of Banking, Insurance, Oil Distribution, Technical Production, Public Utility’s Services and more.

How do we work?

We privilege direct search on the basis of personal contacts, information from our customers or through our Searching Department. Precise discussions with our customers and refined special know-how from our side, developed with an up to 30 steps’ process, make us possible to recruit for our customers in a relatively short time the most appropriate people available on the market. Detailed and special interviews and - if necessary – collecting references make us possible a precise pre-selection. We work with advertisements only in case of a definite wish of our customer, because we know from the market that employees apply themselves, but companies will search executives.

What do we expect from our candidates?

Our candidates should be the best among the available people on the market. They should fulfil considerably our customers’ requirements in a way that a low number of candidates - we expect 1 to 3 – is enough to fill optimally a vacancy.

What do we offer to our customers?

Quickness

With our direct search method (contacts), we are faster than operating on advertisement’s basis. Refined telephone interview techniques and – when necessary – collecting references, save us from the long lasting first interviews.

A quick placement means that the result and success of the candidate’s work are available earlier, which saves costs or brings income.

Saving costs

Expensive advertisements are not necessary with us. Our experience is that good executives rarely answer to jobs’ offers on magazines, which means that several ads should be published to have some chances of success.

We can save time, because detailed interviews will be done only with through telephone pre-selected candidates. We save time, stress and costs not only for the top management, but for the personnel department too, because normally up to three of our candidates are enough to fill optimally a position. In case of advertisements – without considering the long term pre-selection - more than ten interviews will be done by the personnel department and more than five by the top management.

Appropriate placement

A precise requirements’ profile that will be developed together with our customers, a detailed description of the company environment, a personal contact with the customers, a detailed interview with the management and personnel department and, last but not the least, our special know-how make it possible to recruit the proper candidates at the appropriate moment for the vacant positions. Our aim is to cooperate with our customers for their satisfaction and for the satisfaction of our candidates too.
